The head office of Tehnokomerc a.d. is located at ul. Jadranska magistrala 56, Skopje. The Renault Trucks service center is also located at the same address.

Stop&Go stores are located at 122a Peron Nakov Street and 8th September Blvd.

The Directorate is open from Monday to Friday from 7.30 to 15.30. The Renault Trucks and Stop & Go subsidiaries are also open on Saturdays.

Refund Policy

We are committed to complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you have the right to a refund or replacement in accordance with applicable laws in the Republic of North Macedonia.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract concluded remotely (via the internet, telephone, etc.) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving a reason.

2. Refund conditions

To exercise the right to a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The product has not been used, damaged or with visible signs of use.

• The product is returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documents.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is attached.

3. Method of return

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the funds will be refunded to you within 14 days, in the same manner as the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not allowed for the following categories:
